The Largest Student Organization at Baylor University

Did you know that currently, only 30% of Baylor’s Business School is represented by women? Our organization thrives, with an average membership of over 350 dedicated individuals each year.

Women in Business is committed to empowering and supporting women pursuing careers in business. Through networking opportunities, professional development events, and community outreach, we aim to foster a supportive environment where women can thrive and succeed in the business world.

Member Development

We offer countless ways for our members to grow both personally and professionally. We host professional, social, and service events each month as a way to challenge and shape our members to be well-rounded, humble and relationship-focused leaders, while achieving the highest levels of success. We also offer countless ways to get involved such as through serving on a committee, joining the mentorship program, and joining a bible study.
