Did you know that currently, only 30% of Baylor’s Business School is represented by women? Our organization thrives, with an average membership of over 250 dedicated individuals each year.
Women in Business is committed to empowering and supporting women pursuing careers in business. Through networking opportunities, professional development events, and community outreach, we aim to foster a supportive environment where women can thrive and succeed in the business world.

Member Development
We're happy to provide many ways for our members to grow as leaders, like our mentorship program and different committees. For the last two years, we've attended the Women in Leadership Conference hosted by Rice University, an event that has proven to be both inspiring and informative.
